How do I cancel my Equifax subscription UK?
- - Login in to your myEquifax account.
- - Go to My Account.
- - Click cancel subscription.
- - Follow the cancellation process.
- Once your service has been cancelled all reports and scores you'd previously generated will be deleted.
How do you find my cases on Equifax?
You can also log into your myEquifax account and view your status by clicking the “check status of a dispute” button. If you are checking your status by mail or phone, please make sure you have the confirmation number that was provided to you when you submitted your dispute.
Why can't I log into my Equifax account?
If you can't login to your Equifax account to view your credit report and you've already tried the "forgotten login details" option available on the login screen you can raise a query with us and we can investigate for you.
