Disabling online mode on a Minecraft server allows players in offline mode (sometimes known as cracked clients) to join a server. We do not endorse the use of these cracked clients as they can be highly unsafe for both the user and the server.
How do I become an admin on MCProHosting?
In your console, type "op <username>". Replace <username> with the Minecraft username of the player you wish to OP. As an example, we would type "op MCProHosting", without quotation marks. When entering in commands to your server's console, do not include a / before the command.

Servers are eligible for full refunds within one (1) twenty-four (24) hour day of the creation of the server in our database. This point is not marked by the time at which your initial payment is processed and may differ by several hours or days. Refunds cannot be requested without probable cause.
How do I cancel my subscription to MCProHosting?
To request a cancellation:
- To begin, go to your client area.
- In your client area, click "Services" and then "My Services".
- In your services, click the Active service you wish to cancel.
- On that service, click the red "End Subscription" button.
- You will be asked for your reason for canceling.
