Medeo Virtual Care is a web-based program used by healthcare providers around the world for private video visits and secure messaging to communicate with their patients. Patients and their healthcare providers can access their information anytime, from anywhere using regular computers, smartphones or tablets.
How do you use Medeo health?
Medeo connects providers to patients through virtual visits meaning that a provider can see and talk to patients through secure video conferencing. Patients can log in to their Medeo accounts using a web browser and mobile apps on iOS or Android devices. Apps are downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.
How do I send a message on Medeo?
Log in to your Medeo Patient account. Click the Inbox button. Select a message thread. Type your message in the field labelled, Write a Message.
