How do I get a refund from Europcar?
If the item is faulty, we will offer a refund or exchange where available. You can return your item free of charge to a local LKQ Euro Car Parts Store, at a cost by courier or by post to our mail order warehouse, depending on how you received your order.

How do I cancel my Europcar booking?
You may cancel your reservation by using the same booking channel as the one used for your reservation or by contacting our local Call Center. Cancellations made through the Europcar reservation website will take effect when recorded in the Europcar reservation system.
