How do I get a refund from Europcar?
If the item is faulty, we will offer a refund or exchange where available. You can return your item free of charge to a local LKQ Euro Car Parts Store, at a cost by courier or by post to our mail order warehouse, depending on how you received your order.
How do I cancel my Europcar booking?
You may cancel your reservation by using the same booking channel as the one used for your reservation or by contacting our local Call Center. Cancellations made through the Europcar reservation website will take effect when recorded in the Europcar reservation system.
How long does Europcar take to refund?
This release may be reflected as a change to the available balance or a reversal of the pre-authorised amount and may take up to 28 working days depending on your card issuer. Please contact your bank if it takes longer than 28 days to appear in your account.
