Restart your device if the app isn't responding
Open the myAT&T app 1 after restarting your device. Re-enter your user ID and password to sign in. Be sure to delete any IDs you've saved first.
How do I install AT&T app?
Get the myAT&T app for your device:
- Go to att.com/myattapp on your smartphone or tablet.
- Text the word myATT to 556699 from any device. We'll send you a link so you can download the app.
- Sign in to the app with the same ID and password you use to manage your account on att.com—your AT&T user ID and password.
