How do I access my GroupWise email?
The setup is a free and easy process.
- Tap "Settings" from the Home screen, then "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" and "Add Account" to configure the GroupWise account.
- Tap "Other" and then "Add Mail Account."
- Type your name, enterprise email address, enterprise email password and a description in the "New Account" window.
How do you change your name in GroupWise?
In the GroupWise Admin console, browse to and click the name of a user, then click More > Rename. Specify the new GroupWise user name.
How do I refresh my GroupWise email?
To read a new message, double-click on the message to open it. By default, GroupWise will automatically check for incoming mail at a set interval and display it in your Mailbox. You may also check for new mail and update (or refresh) your Mailbox by either choosing View, Refresh from the menu bar or by hitting F5.
