By adding the Cancel for Any Reason Guarantee the amount of your booking travel costs minus a 20% excess fee of the booking travel cost will be refunded if you need to cancel your trip, regardless of the reasons. We do not require any justification or documents.

You can cancel your membership at any time by just visiting our website and logging into “My Prime account” or going to the app, tapping on the “Profile” tab and clicking on the “Cancel my Prime subscription” link. Please note: your Opodo Prime subscription renews automatically.

I have an Opodo Prime membership since 12.02.24. I made two bookings :
# 14725516500 One way flight for myself and my husband from Genoa to Paris .
#15075511288 Return flights Caracas- Milan- Caracas for my daughter and her husband,

Somehow making the second booking, the system asked me to join Prime, when I already are a member.
I have tried to no success to log in my Opodo as the system gets stick. How can I see that these two booking are within the same membership.

I am cancelling my Opodo Prime Account. I forgot to cancel the free trial, and it is impossible to log in to my Opodo account. It is not working. So i kindly ask you to cancel my account. I don't want to continue.

Dear Opodo Team,
My wife and myself have used your platform to purchase tickets in London for a flights to / from to Austria on 21 September 2020, with booking Number 12720485586.
My wife was handling the booking details and has mistakenly licked on your Free 30 days PRIME membership trial.
Yesterday, she was charged for 69.90 USD and her Bank of Beijing has called her, claiming that if she is not cancelling the order and membership calling OPODO head quarter and ask for return, her credit card will not be renewed, as it expires in December 2023. The Chinese banks are recently very strict and annoying for overseas credit card payments, as too much hacking and too many wrong charges happen to Chinese travelers. Once the amount is received, she will have a chance to get her card renewed.
Additionally, in China we are unable to use your OPODO services, as the Great China Wall is blocking all foreign websites, and our home is Beijing.

I need to cancel my unwanted subscription but cannot get onto the site to cancel it.

Just about impossible to log in, need to cancel subscription but can't log in to do it.
Opodo is a complete nightmare.
How do I get on to be able to cancel my subscription?
