I was on my laptop all night last night, litterally, I haven't been to bed, as I was trying to do a bank transfer.
But RBS wouldn't let me log in even though I had the right password, security number etc.
After umpteen attempts I'd get in but then it would just suddenly log me out again an of course wouldn't let me log in again .
Extremely frustrating , I still didn't manage to do the bank transfer and I'm also exhausted now from being awake all night.
Not a happy customer!!!
