How do I change my name at Essex and Suffolk Water?
You can change your name easily online
Log into your online account and head to My Profile. You'll be able to update your details there. Click save and your online account will be updated straight away – though you might need to refresh the page to see! You cannot change your name to add another person to your account.
How do I cancel my SES water account?
What you need to do. Please complete our online form to close your account. Be sure to give us at least two working days' notice of your moving details so that we can either take a meter reading or, if you're not metered, provide an accurate final bill.
