How do I turn off HTC phone service?
To terminate Web Hosting and/or Business Services, you must call (843) 365-7873. Your termination will only be complete upon your receipt of a cancellation confirmation number from HTC. Charges to your account will stop accruing the day HTC provides you with a cancellation confirmation number.
How do I access my HTC Account?
On your phone or computer, open your web browser and go to HTC account website account.htcvive.com. To sign in to HTC Account, you first enter the email address or phone number, and then enter the password. Finally, click on login. Or, you can click on the social sign in button to sign in via social services.
How do I pay my HTC bill online?
To set up automated payments from your checking account, select the “Payments” tab on the Account Details page. Highlight “Make Payment”, then click on the “Schedule a Payment”. To schedule your payment, you must have a valid bank account established on My Account.
