How do I access my SMARTY account?
When you register with SMARTY, all your details will be stored in your account area. If you ever need to access or edit any of this information, you can do this by going to your dashboard or the SMARTY App. Click on the menu icon so that you can see all the options.
How do I check my SMARTY balance?
All you have to do is go to smarty.co.uk and log in to your dashboard - you'll be able to see how much data you've got left at any point in the month.
How long do I have to activate my SMARTY SIM?
Activation should happen in just a few minutes, but could take up to 2 hours. We'll send you an email and a text to your SMARTY SIM when your SIM is activated. You'll automatically get a brand new SMARTY number when you join. You can start using this number as soon as you activate.
How do I change my payment method on SMARTY?
It's really easy.
- Login to your Dashboard.
- Select Account settings from the menu.
- Scroll to Payment settings.
- Enter your card details.
- Select the Auto-renew option.
- Click the Update Payment Settings button to confirm your changes.

How do I cancel my SMARTY subscription?
Go to your "Account settings". You'll find this by logging in and clicking on "Menu" on the top right corner of your dashboard. Click on "Manage plan" and under “Leave SMARTY", follow the steps to request a PAC. You'll receive an email and SMS with your code and it'll also be visible at the top of your dashboard.
Can SMARTY be trusted?
If you're on a tight budget and already own a phone, Smarty is a cheap and reliable network.
