- Visit any PayPoint outlet. To find your nearest PayPoint outlet, click here.
- By telephone using the automated payment line: 0333 313 9171.
- Download the Switch2 app, available from the App Store & Google Play.
How do I register with Switch2?

Your landlord, housing association or managing agent will need to provide us with your details in order to be registered on our system. We cannot accept registrations from residents themselves. If you suspect you are not registered then please contact your landlord in advance of calling Switch2.
What does Switch2 provide?
Switch2 is the provider of the heating and hot water service at Greenford Quay's heat network. Switch2 are also responsible for the metering and billing and the servicing and maintaining of the heating and hot water equipment for residents.
Is Switch2 gas or electric?
We provide electricity meters for both residential and industrial applications.
