How do I check my travel money card balance?
Log on to NetBank or the CommBank app to check your balance. If you have checked all of these things and the card is still not working, please contact us on +61 2 9999 3283 (reverse charges accepted).
Do travel money cards expire?
6.1 The expiry date of your Card is printed on the front of the Card. You will not be able to use your Card if it has expired. We reserve the right to reissue new Cards to Cardholders whose Cards have expired.
How do I top up my TUI Travel card?
You can top up your Travel Money Card by going to www.tuitravelmoney.co.uk and select the reload option under Travel Money Card.
What happens if I lost my travel money card?
What do I do if my card is lost or stolen? You need to call us immediately on +44 (0) 20 7937 0280, we are open 24 hours a day. We will then cancel your card and work out the best way to replace it. A fee may be charged if we need to courier a replacement card overseas.

How do I get a cash refund from TUI?
How do I claim a refund? If you do not want to accept a refund credit for your cancelled holiday, you can apply for a cash refund via TUI's online request form. TUI said customers should be aware it will be unable to process your refund request if you haven't yet received a refund credit code.
