Due to system changes, TruMark Financial is creating a unique 13-digit Account Number for each savings account (excluding Certificates and IRAs), checking account, credit card, and/or loan you have with the credit union.
How do I join TruMark?
TruMark Financial provides savings, transaction, and credit services solely for its members. Simply submit a completed membership application along with a minimum of $5 for deposit into a regular savings account to open an account.

Locking/unlocking your card isn't a notification there have been unauthorized transactions on your account. It's simply a way to confirm no transactions can be made until you find your card. If your card is lost or stolen, or if you notice unauthorized transactions, please call 1-877-TRUMARK immediately.
