@TSB @ouralteredlife Thanks, Charlie. When using TSB debit cards for purchases abroad we'll convert the payments into Sterling before debiting the account at an exchange rate set by Visa. There is a 2.99% fee for doing so, plus a £1 transaction fee per transaction. I hope this clarifies things. Alex

@TSB @dthecosplayer Hi Delilah. If your expiry date is 01/23 then your card will be valid until the very end of the month and we'll issue a new one around a week before. If you need a replacement sooner, you can order one through your Online Banking or app. I hope this helps. Sophie

@TSB @Emma99308063 account number 00000000 (8 zeros). In both cases, when you set the payment up with your current account provider, you must use the long 16 digit number from the front of your TSB Credit Card as the reference for the payment. I hope this helps. 3/3 Beth

@TSB @Emma99308063 For TSB Credit Cards starting with 540242 or 401066, you would need to send the payment to sort code 302894 and account number 00000000 (8 zeros). For TSB Credit Cards with numbers that start with anything else, you would need to use sort code 774831 and 2/3 Beth
