How do I activate my Universal annual pass?
Easy three-step process to activate:
- Enter your 20-21 digit barcode # on each ticket.
- Select your first visit date. All tickets registered together will have the same first visit date.
- Provide requested information: First & Last Name (as shown on your government-issued ID) Full Address. E-mail Address.
Can someone else use my Universal annual pass?
Annual passes have names on them. You'd be caught as early as the parking lot and if not when the finger scan doesn't work. Another thing to note. If you give/lend your pass to anyone, it can (probably will) be confiscated when it's used by the wrong person.
What is USH Flexpay?
FlexPay is the name of Universal Studios Hollywood's monthly payment option to purchase an Annual Pass. This program gives guests the choice to enter a contract whereby instead of paying the entire cost at one time, they can make a first month's initial down payment, followed by 11 monthly payments of a lower amount.
What is USHtix?
USH tix is part of Universal Studios ticketing mechanism but I think you need a special email address if you use that url. For instance, Universal offers a discount to Cal State University students, but you must enter your Cal State email address to order the tickets when using USHtix.
Can you cancel a universal annual pass?
If you do not wish to automatically renew your Pass, you may cancel your Pass by contacting Passholder Services in writing. ATTN: Annual Pass/FlexPay Dept. Once notice of cancellation is provided to Universal, please allow up to fifteen (15) days for processing the cancellation.

Before you can use your passes you need to go through an activation process in person at Universal Orlando. You can do this at the theme and water park ticket booths at all 3 parks or the ticket locations located in each Universal Hotel. You will need your military ID or civilian CAC to do this.

To disable the auto-renewal feature or cancel your month-to-month FlexPay account, you need to visit your FlexPay account page (https://ush.recurly.com/account/login) and disable the Auto-Renewal option (year 1) or select the cancellation option (year 2 or later). How do I add my universal tickets to my app?
Guests can access this new feature after purchasing tickets in-app by simply clicking on the menu option called “My Tickets,” making it more convenient than ever to purchase and redeem Universal Orlando theme park tickets.
