The camera went offline during a power outage. When I try to login remotely, it will accept my password at the beginning of going into the app, but when I click on the camera icon itself it shows "admin" as user and request a password. I put in my password it says "incorrect". I used "admin" & "123456" but it keeps saying incorrect. I deleted and downloaded my V380 three times. A person near the cameras tried factory reset, but it still ask for admin password and does not accept the default admin password, nor the password it had before. Please help. I paid for a Cloud subscription and cannot use it because it won't activate without the admin password it seeks.
