From 1 February 2021 until 31 July 2021:
From 1 February, the Product will no longer be known as Velocity Global Wallet and Velocity shall cease to operate as an Authorised Representative of Rev and shall no longer be affiliated with the Product.
Is Global wallet closing?
The winding down of Global Wallet will occur over multiple stages. The last day to load funds into your account is 31 December 2020. Then from 1 February 2021, members will no longer be able to earn Velocity Points on purchases.
How do I transfer money from Global wallet?
You can find the BPAY® and bank transfer details in the Global Wallet® app in Load Money, or in the online account centre in Add Money. You'll then need to log on to your online internet banking service to make the bank transfer or BPAY®.

Log in to the Velocity Global Wallet website or app, and either use BPay or bank transfer (fee-free) to load funds onto your prepaid travel card.

Velocity's involvement with the Global Wallet® program has ended. Velocity is no longer associated with the Global Wallet® product. From 1 February 2021 Velocity Points could not be earned via the Global Wallet® product.
