How do I set up a Wheel-Trans account?
The Wheel-Trans eligibility application form (the application) is available on www.ttc.ca/wheeltrans or by calling 416-393-4111. Alternative accessible formats are available upon request. Persons who believe they qualify for and are interested in becoming Wheel-Trans customers should complete and sign the application.
How do I pay Wheel-Trans?
As of Jan. 13, 2020, Wheel-Trans customers are no longer restricted to using just cash, TTC tickets, or tokens on Wheel-Trans contracted sedan taxis. They can use the funds or monthly pass on their PRESTO card, or one-ride, two-ride or day pass PRESTO Ticket to pay their fare.
