How do I get into my cloud account?
To access files from any compatible web browser:
- Go to www.mycloud.com.
- Login with your MyCloud.com account credential.
- From the device listing menu, select your My Cloud device.
- Navigate and click on the file and folder to access your content.

To open the My Cloud web Dashboard:
- Windows: open a web browser and type in //devicename (or device IP address) to the web address bar.
- Mac OSX: open a web browser and type in //devicename. local (or device IP address) to the web address bar.
