You can sign in to your Bulb account with the email address you used when you joined Bulb. That's the same email address that we send your monthly statements to. If you don't know your password or it's tricky to type, choose 'Email me a link to sign in instantly' from the sign in page.

How do I get in touch with Bulb?

Is bulb energy going bust?

UK energy supplier Bulb has been placed into special administration, making it the biggest company to go bust as a result of soaring gas prices so far and hitting 1.7m customers. Customers' credit balances will be protected, Bulb said in a statement, urging its subscribers not to worry.

What happens to Bulb customers now?

Bulb Energy's debt climbed as customer numbers rose. I am a Bulb customer – what happens now? Until now, customers of collapsed suppliers have all been moved to a new supplier appointed by the regulator Ofgem – the supplier of last resort.
