What is an OpenCCC account?
OpenCCC is an initiative to establish one systemwide ID for every California Community Colleges student. OpenCCC provides a way to tie together student data to better outcomes and institutional improvement as students swirl among our colleges while taking advantage of a variety of new online services.
How do you create an OpenCCC account?
Log on using your Web Advisor User ID / Password. If a user does not have an Open CCC Account, the system will automatically redirect to the Open CCC page. Click the Create a New Account link. On the first page of the account creation, complete the First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name fields.
Where can I find my California community college ID?
A CCCID is a unique student-identifier generated when a student creates an OpenCCC account. Most students get their CCCIDs when they first apply to a California Community College using the CCCApply admission application. You may find this ID on your official college transcript or by logging in to your CCCApply account.
