What is EDR portal?
NSW EDR Stamping and Confirmation is a portal to Electronic Duties Returns (EDR). EDR is a service provided by the NSW Office of State Revenue (NSW OSR) that allows an approved person (EDR client) to electronically assess and endorse a range of duties transactions, and pay duty by way of a periodic remittance.
What is an EDR client?
Electronic Duties Returns (EDR) is a service that allows an approval holder (approved person) to electronically assess, pay duty and endorse a range of duties transactions. An approved person (EDR client) sends information to Revenue NSW through a Client Service Provider (CSP).
What is eDuties?
eDuties is a portal that enables solicitors, conveyancers, accountants and financial advisors to lodge online, complex duties assessments or refunds that must be processed by us. eDuties doesn't replace self-assessment of EDR transactions.
