How do I access my Equifax account?
You can get free Equifax credit reports at annualcreditreport.com. You can also receive free Equifax credit reports with a myEquifax account. Just look for "Equifax Credit Report" on your myEquifax dashboard.
How do I recover my Equifax account?
If you have forgotten your username please contact us or call us on 13 8332. If you have forgotten your password you can click on the Forgot Password link on the login screen of the Equifax Credit and Identity portal. You will need some identity information and answers to your security questions to reset your password.

How do I unlock my Equifax freeze?
At Equifax, you can use your myEquifax account to lift a security freeze for a date range you specify. You can also lift a security freeze by phone by calling our automated line at (800) 349-9960 or calling Customer Care at (888) 298-0045. Afterward, your Equifax credit report will be frozen again.
