How do you use Happy mammoth products?
Increasing your typical water intake when using this product is extremely important. After the first week, you can increase your dosage slowly, working your way up to two teaspoons per day. One teaspoon in the morning and once at night. Keep in mind that as your dose increases, so should your water intake!
