How do I log into my IPSY account?
Log into IPSY.com with the email address used for your membership. Choose your membership type. You'll get a confirmation of your membership. You can also see your membership status on your IPSY account.
How do I permanently cancel IPSY?
Log into your IPSY account and go to Account → View Membership → Management Membership (or click here after logging in). Click "Manage Membership", then "Help me stop my membership." A pop up will ask if you want to Skip a Month instead. If you don't want to skip, click "Continue cancellation."
How do I completely cancel IPSY?
To cancel your Ipsy Subscription, follow these easy steps:
- Log into your Ipsy account on the website.
- In the 'Account' section, go to 'Edit account settings'.
- Click on 'Membership'.
- Click on 'Manage membership'.
- Select 'Help me stop my membership'.
- Click on 'Continue cancellation'.

Can I get a refund from IPSY?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for IPSY beauty memberships, but we're always happy to replace anything missing or damaged. Please note that our replacement policy is good for up to 45 days after the shipment date. If something needs to be replaced, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll be happy to help!
