You can make date changes by visiting Manage My Booking, contacting our Customer Service team, or by going to one of our airport sales desks. You can make date changes at Manage My Booking, through our Call Centre or at our airport sales desks.

You can find your booking reference on your confirmation email.

How do I cancel my Jet2 holiday?

Total booking cost charged by Jet2Holidays
To cancel your booking, all you have to do is log in to Manage My Booking and choose 'Cancel booking' on the menu. If you have any issues or need to speak to one of our friendly advisors, please call 0333 300 0702.

Can you change holiday dates once booked?

Can I make amendments to my holiday? Yes, you can amend your booking. However you'll usually need to pay an amendment fee for each person named on the booking and for every booking detail which you change.

Are Jet2 Holidays offering refunds?

Award-winning customer service is a huge part of what we do, so you can expect a stress-free experience if you'd like to amend your booking or we have to cancel. We've got the trophies to prove it, plus we've been praised by consumer experts for the speedy and smooth way we deal with refunds, if we have to cancel.

How do I contact Jet2 holidays for a refund?

If you haven't flown with us yet and need to speak to someone about your holiday booking, simply give our friendly Customer Service team a call on 0333 300 0737 and they'll be more than happy to help.

How are Jet2 refunding?

Cash refund
We'll refund the total cost of your booking, minus any non-refundable amounts outlined on the cash refund breakdown. This will be credited to the card you paid with within the next 28 days.
