Click “Booked with an incorrect email address?” at the bottom of the sign-in window. You can view your itinerary, download your e-ticket and boarding passes (if we check you in online), or make changes in your booking.

How do I change my flight on Kiwi com?

You can change your trip up to 48 hours before the journey. Trip changes must be made for all passengers on the itinerary. To request a change, sign in, open your trip, and scroll down to the Trip summary section. Click “Change” in the top right corner and search for a new route or new dates.

You can find your PNR on your e-ticket in the relevant segment of your itinerary. Each part of your trip and each passenger can have a different PNR. When your connections have different PNR numbers, you have a self-transfer layover.
