Why can't I log into Tesco?

If you can't login to your Tesco account please do the following : Check your details are correctly entered. If you have forgotten your password please reset your password. If it asks you for Three Digit Verification then please enter the requested 3 digits from your Clubcard in order to proceed.

How do I access my Tesco account?

Here's how it works:
  1. You'll need to enter a PIN, which we'll send to you once you've entered your username and password.
  2. You'll need to have your Tesco Mobile phone to hand to receive your login code via text.
  3. Once you've got your code, it'll be valid for 20 minutes and after this you'll need to request a new one.

I'm unable to log in on our tesco as I need to get a copy of payslip and my p45
and to check that iv been paid correctly.
at the moment you have got access denied to my account .
I thought the law says I'm intital to get that information as its a leagal document.
I be grateful if it can be sorted ASAP
