How do I log into PRESTO?

Account Information
Create a username and password that you'll use to sign into your PRESTO Account. You will also be able to sign in with your Email address once it's verified. Select your first security question. Select your second security question.

How do I check the balance on my Presto card?

Log in to your My PRESTO Account and you will see your balance on the main page. Your online balance can take up to 24 hours to update after you take transit or load your card.

What is a PRESTO account?

PRESTO Account Sign In. New. Sign in to your PRESTO Account to add, manage and load PRESTO cards, and see transaction history. For UP Express customers using the new PRESTO contactless payment, you can add your credit card to see transaction history. For debit cards, check charges with your bank account.

How do I add another Presto card to my account?

Here's how to do that:
  1. Log in to your My PRESTO Account.
  2. Click on Manage > Add an Existing Card on the PRESTO top navigation bar.
  3. Enter the Card Number and 3-digit verification number found on the back of the card and click 'Next. ...
  4. Create a 4-digit PIN and nickname for your card and click 'Next.

How do I register my Presto card?

You can activate your card online, or through our Chat feature, or by calling PRESTO at 1-877-378-6123 and following the automated instructions. It can take up to 24 hours to process your activation. During this time you won't be able to use your card.

Try our online chat feature to have your questions answered quickly. For urgent matters, you can call us at 1-877-378-6123.

How do I open a Presto account?

Account Information
