If the employee or an eligible dependent becomes ill or injured while travelling, emergency hospital and medical expenses will be paid at 100%, in excess of the amount paid by the Provincial Health Insurance Plan.
How to submit a claim to RWAM?
Claims can be submitted online by signing in to the Plan Member Services website.
- Register for Plan Member Services and provide your direct deposit banking information and email address.
- Submit your claim by answering a few simple questions and attaching an electronic copy of your receipt.
How long does RWAM take to process claims?
