Shipt Shoppers set their own schedules according to their busy lives! They shop for and deliver groceries to Shipt's members within a requested time frame. Scheduling, accepting orders, and shopping orders are all done through the Shipt Shopper app.

How do I access my Shipt account?

Select the account icon in the top right corner. Your current membership or Shipt Delivery Passes will be displayed under your account information. Select Buy or Review. The renewal date of your current plan will be shown.

Can you use Shipt on computer?

You can visit our website here to order from your desktop computer or laptop! For the best experience, we suggest you use our Shipt mobile app on your iPhone or Android device.

Essentially, 15% should be your base tip, while anything extra should reflect the quality of service you receive. If something goes wrong and your Shipt Shopper is at fault, it is fine to drop your tip to 10%.

Haven't been able to sign in for weeks...I need to change my password but I don't get the emails...I have spoken to tech service 3 days ago..it was supposed to have been fixed..I have been a Shipt Shopper for almost 3 years and never had this problem..Amy

When i try to “set password” I do not receive the email with the instructions. I have checked spam folders and everything but i cannot find the email for the setting of password.

CRITICAL PROBLEM: As I was about to agree with the Shipt Stripe account, I verified my SSN and Birth date. !!! It would not recognize my SSN!!! I've been a shopper for approximately 3 years or more maybe. Why is it that suddenly my SSN is not recognized. I haven't changed it!!!
