Although protests were tolerated by local governments, the rioters often suffered bad consequences. They are not completely off the hook.

Deaths can be misdiagnosing, i.e. getting run over by a bus as a #Covid19 death if they were infected. But, #cases are the best metric. You can multiply them by 10 by testing more & shut down society
