How can I reset my CIMB account?
ACCESSING THE APPLICATION
- Tap Forgot > Forgot my username.
- Input your First Name and Mother's Maiden Name.
- Input the OTP sent to your mobile number.
- Your username will be sent to your registered email address.
How do I find my password and user ID?
To retrieve your User ID and Password, you can use the `Forgot Password` feature, follow these steps:
- Go to the website and click on Login.
- On the login pop-up click on the `Forgot Password` link.
- Enter your registered Email ID.
- You will receive list of all User IDs linked with the Email ID.
Why can't I change my CIMB password?
This is because you may have changed your password on or after 18 Nov 2018 or you are registered CIMB Clicks with your Housing Loan, Structured Product or Unit Trust account. If you are registered CIMB Clicks via these products, you are not required to change password.
How do I get my CIMB Clicks ID?
Register for CIMB Clicks in just 3 steps
- Go to. www.cimbclicks.com.my/register or select 'Register User' from CIMB Clicks App.
- Choose an access type. Key in CIMB Debit/Credit Card number* Key in your 6-digit PIN.
- Key in your 6-digit SMS activation code and 'Continue'
