How does Loanpad work?
We make money by taking a small margin from the interest borrowers pay on their loans. In other words, we earn money when you earn money. The only fee you might pay is to have early access to money in your Premium account.
How does Loanpad manage your investment?
Loanpad allows you as an investor to lend your money directly to borrowers using our platform – this is called peer-to-peer lending. We find, approve and fully manage the loans, including collecting and distributing payments to you.
Does Loanpad have a contingency fund?
Loanpad has no Contingency Fund to pay you back if a borrower is unable to do so. However, you have the property security, combined with your money being automatically spread across all outstanding loans.
