Why can't I log into Tesco?
If you can't login to your Tesco account please do the following : Check your details are correctly entered. If you have forgotten your password please reset your password. If it asks you for Three Digit Verification then please enter the requested 3 digits from your Clubcard in order to proceed.
How do I access my Tesco account?
Here's how it works:
- You'll need to enter a PIN, which we'll send to you once you've entered your username and password.
- You'll need to have your Tesco Mobile phone to hand to receive your login code via text.
- Once you've got your code, it'll be valid for 20 minutes and after this you'll need to request a new one.
