@greentomatocars @benjaminbutter Benjamin, unfortunately due to the nature of the delays it was not possible to advise an ETA because we had not allocated a driver. However, we prefer to advise a likely delay, as we did 45 minutes upfront, than do nothing. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Also, you seem to conflate child safety and driver safety issues ... both very important, as is clear messaging.
